| Prof. Felippe de Souza Discipline: (Seminar Bioengineering) 9110 – Bioengineering Course 2nd Semester – 2022 / 2023 EVALUATION CRITÉRIO DE AVALIAÇÃO During the semester the Coordinator of the discipline, Prof. Felippe de Souza, determine a schedule of regular meetings with students, on class days of the discipline, for him to monitor how they develop their work. The Final Mark of this discipline is determined by a Panel or Jury (that is, a Board of evaluators) who will judge the work of the student during the semester. This Panel will be presided by the Coordinator of the discipline, or other staff professor delegated by him. The supervisors of the students’ projects will be invited to participate in the Panels of their students. For that purpose, the student should prepare a ‘Report’ and also present his work orally to the Panel, using media support such as PowerPoint. Some points that the Panel of each student will take into consideration when evaluating: - In the written project: the organization, the abstract, the choice of the keywords, the development of the theme, the conclusions and future work, the clarity and the quality of the written text. - In the presentation of the ‘Seminar’: the time of the presentation, the graphical aspects in the PowerPoint, the context/framework of the theme, the inclusion of examples, the clarity of the ideas, the assurance/confidence when presenting and the understanding/perception/comprehension of the theme.
