EVALUATION

(CRITÉRIO  DE  AVALIAÇÃO)

Lecturers of this Discipline:

Felippe de Souza  e

João Fermeiro

Final Mark calculation:

FINAL MARK   =   F  +  AC  +  T  +  PL

F  =  Main test (Frequência) (45%) [0 < F < 9] to be held on

Wednesday7th June 2023 at 4 pm - Room 8/05.

AC  =  Continuous Evaluation [ Avaliação Contínua ] (10%) [0 < AC < 2] A mark assigned by the lecturers of this discipline to each student accordingly to the assiduity, the punctuality, the participation and the attitude in classroom. Minimum attendance of 75% is required in both theoretical and practical classes. (Remark: The minimal mark admitted for AC is 1,5).

T  =  Practical work  and Power Point Presentation (30%) [0 < T < 6] (Remark: The minimal mark admitted for T is 2,0).

PL  =  Laboratorial practice (15%) [0 < PL < 3] (Remark: The minimal mark admitted for PL is 1,5).

A mark assigned by the lecturers of this discipline to each student for his or her performance in the presentation of practical work (‘Power Point’ presentation and laboratory work).

Note: The students must be present in all the 4 topics of evaluations above. If any of the minimum marks are not reached, the student fails in the discipline (NÃO ADMITIDO).

Exams:

Only for those students who are ‘admitted’ (ADMITIDOS)!

The Exams are for 9 points (it takes the place of the mark obtained in the Main Test, the “Frequência” ‘F’).

Both Exams, either 1st or 2nd call, count to Final Mark as follows:

FINAL MARK   =   Exam  +  AC  +  T  +  PL

So, the mark obtained in AC, T and PL also count to the calculation of the Final Mark for those who take the Exam (1st and/or 2nd call), with the weight of 10%, 30% and 15% respectively.
