| Prof. Felippe de Souza Discipline: 8559 – Introduction to Automatic Control and Electronics (Introdução à Automação e Eletrónica) Electrical Engineering Course 1st semester – 2013/2014 EVALUATION CRITÉRIO DE AVALIAÇÃO (in Portuguese) Final Mark calculation (for those who are going to pass without Exam): FINAL MARK = RI + AC + P RI = Reports [Relatórios] – (30%) [0 < F < 6] Average of the “Individual reports” to be done by each student after the seminars that will be held during the semester, accordingly to the calendar to be announced by Prof. Felippe. AC = Continuous Evaluation [Avaliação Contínua] – (10%) [0 < AC < 2] Mark assigned by Prof. Felippe to each student accordingly to his or her participation in class and in the seminars to be held. [Remark.: The minimal mark AC is 0.6]. P = Practice [Práticas] – (60%) [0 < P < 12] Mark assigned to each student to his or her performance in the presentation of practical work (‘Power Points’). These practical work can be made in group. In that case, each group member will get his own evaluation by Prof. Felippe. Note: If the mark AC < 0.6 or P < 1.0, the student fails in the discipline (“NÃO ADMITIDO”). This discipline should have no Exam (Exame). Prof. Felippe de Souza
