EVALUATION

CRITÉRIO  DE  AVALIAÇÃO

For those who want to be approved without Exam:

FINAL MARK  =   F  +  AC  +  P  +  T

F  =  Main Test [Frequência Única] (70%) [0 < F < 14] to be held on

Wednesday June 07th, 2023 at 9 am Room 9/04.

AC = Continuous Evaluation [Avaliação Contínua] (10%) [0 < AC < 2] A mark assigned to each student accordingly to his or her ‘assiduity’, ‘punctuality’, ‘participation’ and ‘attitude’ of the student in the classroom, including possible homeworks and eventual "Tests". [Remark: The minimal AC mark is 1.0].

Attention: Student workers are not exempt from this Continuous Evaluation AC. Alternatively, they will receive weekly exercises by email to be solved at home, which must be returned to Prof. Felippe de Souza before the next class.

P = Practice [Prática] (10%) [0 < P < 2] A mark assigned to each student accordingly to his or her participation in the practical activities. [Remark: The minimal P mark is 0,7].

T = Work assignment [Trabalho] (10%) [0 < T < 2] A mark assigned to each student accordingly to his or her programmed PowerPoint presentation. [Remark: The minimal T mark is 1.0].

Note: The classifications AC, P and T have minimums to be achieved. If the mark AC < 1.0  or  the mark P < 0.7  or  T < 1.0, the student fails in the discipline (i.e., “NÃO ADMITIDO”).

Exams:

Only for those students who are ‘admitted’ (‘ADMITIDOS’)

Both Exams, either Normal/1st call Exam or Appeal/2nd call Exam, count to Final Mark as follows:

FINAL MARK   =   Exam  +  AC  +  P  +  T

0 < Exam < 14

OBS.: So, the mark obtained in AC [0 < AC < 2], the mark obtained in P [0 < P < 2] and the mark obtained in T [0 < T < 2] also count to the calculation of the Final Mark for those who take the Exam (Normal/1st call Exam or Appeal/2nd call Exam).
